For the last month I’ve been trying to sell ad space on this site, but have been rejected by one advertising network after another. More likely than not because of the content on the site. I’m not about to censor my comics just so I can sell ad space.

The one ad I do run is through Project Wonderful, which nets me on average about $.50 or less a day. The only reason I keep the ad space up is to give other webcomic creators a chance to advertise on my site. Promotion through Project Wonderful is the best way for webcomic creators to promote and grow their site. I’m sure most of you found us through one of our Project Wonderful ads on other comic sites like Something Positive and a Softer World.

I was hoping that by getting into one or more ad networks I would be able to generate enough revenue to continue to advertise and promote this site. Up until this point I was paying for the advertising and promotion myself, but I can’t afford to do that anymore. I’m literally living of of Ramen and Bologna sandwiches at this point without a cent to spare.

Which brings me to my point. I need your help. To the right of the comic you will find a nifty comic of Jesus asking you to donate to this site via PayPal. I’m sorry to ask, and I’ve put off doing this as long as I could but, I feel I’m running out of options.
