i actually made it to life scout it was at about that point that my father stopped making me go (apparently he was ashamed to go himself cause he got arrested on a scout trip while i was working as camp staff)
interestingly enough, I never did learn how to tie that particular knot. If I had known they were going to start teaching the interesting shit I never would have left.

I never got that far in scouts. I quit before I got to be a Webelo. I was damned if I was going to allow myself to be referred to as a Webelo.
