Yeah, I wasn’t sure how many people would get this. There is a saying in the United States that goes “I’m gonna beat you like a red headed stepchild.” that’s pretty common. I don’t know if it’s common in other english speaking countries as well.
OMG my friend said this the other day! I couldn’t believe it! She’s a photographer and I said “So what do you do when the red headed children come in?” She told me she smiles and hurries through the session lmao
HAHAHA! I use this line on one of my brothers..who is actually red headed and my step brother so..it works when i beat him! lmao! It’s amusing.. “Imma beat you like a red headed step child..oh wait..okay ill just beat you” lol *he is older then me btw*
Just occured to me that most people who comment on these comics usually begin their laughing with a “B”… just thought it was funny as it’s use is unusually prolific here
Erm, but yeah keep it up man, it’s some really cool stuff and quite different.
makes me lol… or go “Bwuahahahaha”, if you will!
incidentally, i’m a redhead living in scotland (land of the redheads), and I confess I didn’t get it we don’t have such an expression here, but it’s by no means due to a lack of such insults!
Yeah, the Bwahahaha one is new to me. Beat you like a redheaded stepchild I assume then is an American saying. I’d be interested in how it came about. And thanks for commenting, I’m glad your enjoying the comics.
Wow, I hadn’t even noticed. It’s just a thing I do. I think I got it from Shredder in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, some 20 years ago

Buahahaha. This one made me bust up laughing. If no one gets this then they are probably not redheads ;D.

I use it all the time.

I put it into practice and I don’t even have stepchildren.

Bahahaha It’s not, but I’m stealing it and bringing it to Canada. You are now involved in international affairs.

Sad thing is, my little niece was a redheaded stepchild …
But yeah, we used to use this all the tiem when we were kids; in fact, my mother frequently tossed it at us growing up!!
